We traded our know-how for their fresh energy, helping them grow by smoothing out snags and building in constant improvement. That's our secret sauce - blending big-business smarts with start-up spirit to help companies of all sizes work smarter, not harder.

The Productivity Jedi
Dan Pike
With considerable experience in Continuous Improvement across Retail and Telecommunications sectors, Dan created the unique Productivity Insight tool.
Dan has managed teams across Regions and is finely attuned to the cultural and political challenges that obstruct meaningful change in the workplace.
He's the one you'll want on your team at a pub quiz but only if the theme is movies of the 80's. Fun fact, he's also a qualified football coach.

Brett St.Clair
Our resident Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Brett has led the largest scale implementation of Computer analytics across a UK retailer.
Brett has decades of experience with optimising Retail and Supply Chain operations and has worked with many Start-ups, helping them to launch their products into the often ambiguous and challenging world of Big business..
Arguably too old to be rocking a ponytail but in his defence he does play guitar and is at home at a festival with mud on his boots and a cold cider in hand.
